DELIVERY POLICY

All orders processed through our website are subject to the following delivery policy.

General Delivery Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and you have the option to an immediate refund of the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment OR we will complete your order as soon as the product is in stock. Orders are not shipped until payment has been confirmed.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. Any shipments outside of the United Kingdom are not available at this time.

Delivery Time & Responsibility

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping.

  • Standard Delivery: We make every effort to fulfill your order within 4 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for £1.99 for delivery in 2 business days.

  • The 30-Day Guarantee: In accordance with UK Consumer Law, if your order does not arrive within 30 days of the date of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, Releva Health remains responsible for the goods until they are in your physical possession. However, if you provide “Safe Place” instructions or nominate a neighbor for delivery, our responsibility ends once the carrier has delivered the items to that specific location.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery is free for all orders.

  • Expedited shipping is available for £1.99 per order.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas (e.g., Highlands and Islands) or for large trade orders over 20kg. You will be advised of any such charges at checkout or via a revised trade invoice.

  • All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

Damaged or Missing Items

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please take a photograph of the damage before opening and contact us immediately.

  • Shortages: Please report any missing items from your order within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Trade Orders: For bulk professional orders, please inspect all RELEVA 250g Pots upon delivery. Any claims for transit damage must be made within 48 hours to allow us to claim against our commercial courier.
